Q: Where can I find SCORCH data?

A: SCORCH data available publicly is displayed on NeMO Archive’s data portal (SCORCH data in NeMO portal). Restricted data (i.e. human data requiring consent for access) is accessible through dbGaP. A summary of data generation efforts in the consortium can be found here.

Q: Can I join SCORCH as an affiliate member?

A: The SCORCH consortium has several options for members not directly a part of a funded project to take part in consortium activities including participation in public meetings, joining task forces, etc.. For more information, and to please use the contact form.

Q: What methods are the SCORCH consortium using for consensus data processing?

A: All single cell RNAseq and ATAC data generated by the SCORCH consortium will be processed using consensus pipelines and standard references. Currently the two processing pipelines in use are the Optimus pipeline and the Multiome pipeline, both developed by the WARP pipeline team and available for use on Terra .
